Single kettle fully automatic brewing system.

The fully automatic control system brews with preset or your own individual recipes. The time and temperature are precisely maintained through all brewing phases. In contrast to the cumbersome equipment of some other hobby brewers, the Braumeister does not need to be stirred all the time. Thanks to the patented malt pipe technology, the wort is circulated gently and conveniently, reducing the chance of burning, and avoiding the need for racking during the mashing process.

These replacement mesh filters are made of stainless steel. They are used in conjunction with both the top and bottom stainless steel false "bottoms". 

Two are required, one fits on top of the lower false bottom and the other below the false "top" and work very effectively at keeping the smaller pieces of grain within the malt pipe and out of the pump.

The stainless steel hood ensures continous boiling and allows ventilation during the boil. Hood opening compatible with the 100mm spiral hose.

A tip for users: The hood can be used as a hopper for tipping malt into the malt pipe.

The thermo sleeve saves energy by insulating the Braumeister and stabilising temperature during mash and boil. A great buy for outdoor and cooler brewing environments. The plastic coated neoprene material also serves as a wrap, protecting the user from hot surfaces.

Use in conjunction with the Grainfather Connect Control Box thermometer, for accurate control of your wort transfer temperature through the Grainfather Counter Flow Chiller.

Avoid long lag time and off flavours by using the Grainfather Wortometer. Adjust your wort and water flow rates from the Grainfather Counter Flow Chiller by dialling in the exact wort temperature your specific yeast requires.
